Love Chucks! But the amount of Calamari we received from our takeout order tonight was laughable. Was not worth the 11.99 for this. Update: the owners reached out and politely gave a gift card.
We had an awesome meal. My son's blue steak was amazing. My daughter inlaws roast beef was very tender as well as my calamari. Also the salad was a perfect ending to our meal. The buffalo chicken nachos couldn't have been better.
Love Chucks not sure what is happening at this location. With Covid and eat in restrictions we decided to get take get take out for my birthday dinner. Called to order pick up about 15 times and no answer. Left a message and have yet to be called back. We went to the location walked into waiting area and waited for someone to come let us in as paper instructions said. Place did not look busy at all. Finally one of the girls came out and said are you waiting for someone ? In a tone like we were bothering her. I told her we have been calling and wanted to place order. She then replied did you need a menu ? So odd! We decided to opt out of spending on dinner when they obviously did not want our business. Will not be returning to this location.
Great for a quick meal, great drink options and prices, very clean and professional and respecting of Covid-19 policy and hygiene standards. Staff are friendly, good place for a meal with family or friends.
