This office is great and the staff is so kind. Dr. Gioulos and his team did such a great job with my wisdom tooth removal. I'm seriously shocked by how little pain I had recovering. I would highly recommend this place, they do an amazing job.

It was INCREDIBLY difficult to get time off work to have my wisdom teeth removed. I arrived for the surgery only to be told that it couldn't be done because I had eaten 4 hours before. I received emails, texts and calls beforehand, but not once did anyone bother to mention that I was not supposed to eat. To add insult to injury, the staff had the audacity to frame it as though it were my fault. Completely and utterly unprofessional.

Dr Gioulos is the gentlest kindest oral surgeon. 8 years ago I had a jaw bone infection that he took care of. Since then, he is the only oral surgeon that I trust for my family’s surgery needs. He removed my sons wisdom teeth, with no pain, bruising or swelling. He has also removed one of my molars on my left side and inserted an implant on my right, again, no pain, bruising or swelling. I would recommend him to everyone. The entire staff at the Aurora location is professional and make you feel comfortable and that is so greatly appreciated.

Got my wisdom teeth removed here and the staff were all pleasant and moved quickly when I got there to start the surgery as soon as possible. They made me feel very safe and comfortable, and it was very fast.

Added insurance right before appointment with no issues, and they were accommodating. Nurse was friendly as well! Not sure what people are talking about when referencing rude staff, because everyone I dealt with was pleasant. I lost feeling in 2 of my 4 second molars though, which was a possible side effect of wisdom tooth extraction. It's only been 7 days though, so it may resolve itself. That's my only "complaint" but not worth removing a star really.
