I highly recommend Kinnext Health. My active rehab sessions with Stephen have made such a difference with my chronic shoulder pain. Stephen is extremely knowledgeable, and always takes the time to properly treat the issue at hand. I love his no nonsense approach. I went in to treat my lower back issue from a snow shovelling incident and have since found my back to be feeling much better. Stephen is knowledgeable, friendly and gave full attention to all my questions and concerns. He took his time, did a detailed assessment on my first visit and was able to identify the root cause of the pain. He was able to explain to me using an app, the different layers of bones, muscles and tendons that connect and how the treatments would help me (I'm a visual learner!). Stephen showed me exercises to help strengthen my back (for long term results) and he made sure that I was doing it in a correct way in subsequent visits. Because of my positive experience in regaining strength and mobility for my lower back, I've been back to see Stephen to treat my knee pain as well. Place is clean and follows covid safety protocols.

I’ve seen Stephen for a couple of different injuries, both being older injuries. He was able to fix my hamstring injury in only a few visits, and works with you in strength building to prevent further injuries. Awesome. Definitely 5 stars!
