I had a virtual Career Assessment and Exploration program from July 6, 2020 to August 14, 2020 with RNC Employment Services, and Rosanna Ierullo the Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant was working with me, I am really impressed of the way she is working toward changing and developing your carrier. Rosana! Thank you so much and let me have the opportunity to say that you are indeed a super and super intelligent and excellent instructor, I appreciate the way you worked with me and brought me up to the current stage. Having you changes the world toward peace and growth by changing individuals life. I can understand how the value you have and how the way you do for the people is worthy. Stay away from this company. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SERVICE PROVIDER TO SUBMIT FOR TRAINING GRANT MONEY FROM THE GOVT. Have never in my life had to submit so much redundant paperwork, beyond make work project

I had an appointment with Rosa today at 1:30pm today. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment but she did not show up until 1:41pm. Upon seeing her, she did not apologize at all that she was late. Afterwards, she told me there were no job postings through RNC related to financial services or information technology. Instead, she referred me to online job banks and workshops. Where is the value-add here from RNC? They collected way too much of my personal information without contributing anything to my job search. There are better resources online that can teach you how to write a resume, cover letter, and prepare for interviews. I could have gone online by myself to conduct my job search. This appointment was a complete waste of my time.

I have used RNC services twice. Experience on the first was horrible but I chalked it up to the RNC staff being lazy, inefficient and inexperienced. Fast forward to a recent interaction with them and it had a very similar result; absolutely no help from them. Previous reviews stating no help from RNC and the agency taking credit for job seeker’s own efforts is true. I truly do not understand what this agency is good for. It is a bad sign when the receptionist tells an inquiring caller right off the bat “all the jobs are posted online” “you can find all our services online” in a manner that tells you, you are bothersome.

Super disappointed with this place, very unprofessional. I asked this lady to help me with updating my resume and she like “Oh we don’t help with that, you have to do it yourself. We can only advice you how to do it yourself” am not sure why they operate like this if they are not wailing to help people. I wouldn’t recommend this place to absolutely NO ONE. Zeeeeero Star

I highly recommend RNC. I met with an employment counsellor and attended three seminars on job search, cover letter and resume writing, interview skills, and LinkedIn. The counsellor was outstanding, and the seminars were very useful, greatly exceeding my expectations. Thank you Anastasia, Kathleen and Pat.
