The people that work there are great! I wish they had better control over people wearing masks. I watched two guys for an hour workout with no mask on in the middle of the gym. When people tried to ask them to put their masks on it seemed to get fairly confrontational.

I have been using Vasa for my fitness exercises for almost 1 year now there is couble things they need to improve First teaching there staff more customer service skills like smiling or paying attention to the customers, second HOW IS POSSIBLE PLACE IN THIS SIZE HASE ONE RESTROO!! and it's restroom and shower 2 in one tody I was there someone was taking a shower for almost 40 minutes and no other restroom to use I hade to leave to the supermarket to use the restroom.
Ever since I upgraded my membership to include studio classes, I have been so happy with the switch! Studio Red is one of the things I look forward to every week. The instructors are AWESOME, and each one of them has their own style and flair. Michael is a great hype man, and brings the energy you need to get through the class. Natalie knows how to create a community, and is so incredibly positive. Beau is very knowledgeable, and is always willing to share his expertise. I also enjoy going to studio cycle classes! Taylor is a great instructor who will encourage every person to reach their limits. Studio classes are definitely the extra push I needed to enjoy my workouts.
I went it to try to sign up and right away, it feels humid and gross. It smelled like chlorine and had weird plastic curtains everywhere. The guy behind the desk couldn't answer most of my questions and didn't seem to even want my business. I should also mention trying to find parking was terrible as well. I ended up at Planet Fitness by Arapahoe Crossing and it was an entirely different experience. It was clean, open and inviting- the staff was so friendly and been going there a month now- no complaints. Would not recommend VASA.
I start going to Vasa in Aurora from January. It's good place to work out, good equipment, but only one think is how dirty what place is. I never saw clean floors in the mans locker room from day one. Look in to the water in the hot tub it's so nasty, actually urinal in the locker room is cleaner. I am just waiting until this place will have new General Manager, because for this GM it's fine, because his house looks like Vasa, dirty and nasty.
