I phoned Appliance Parts Company today, 20 minutes before their closing time, to see if they had a door shelf for my refrigerator. Mary answered the phone and was so courteous and patient with me. Luckily for me, they are just 2 miles from my home, but I got lost in the industrial center they are located in so was pressing my luck to get there by 1:00. I stopped to let them know I was wondering lost, but once again, a courteous professional answered the phone and guided me to their store. They are a hidden gem! And yes, they had the part I needed! Thank you.

Defrost thermostat broke in my fridge and the part was out of stock everywhere. I asked if the had any in similar range that I could splice in, much to my surprise they had a genuine part. 14 and my fridge is back to working. Thank you!! They do require you wear a mask and limit customers, but only some staff had a mask on. I felt safe with distancing, but others may not. Highly recommend!
