The worst experience ever. The technician was extremely rude and constantly continued to lie to me in order to cover his tracks. I will most certainly be report this to BBB, and will make a complaint with Consumer Affairs. I am a 25 year Combat Disable Veteran and feel that I have been completely disrespected. Even after I explained my medical condition and the fact that there is a pregnant woman in the household, there was no sense of urgency or even the simplest of customer care. After many attempts to reach out to him and never getting any follow up, we decided to enlist a second opinion from a personal friend who has worked with AC for over 10 years. He can attest to the technicians incompetency and ignorance. I would not recommend this company or any of its institutes to anyone.
