Don't waste your time here, seriously. Kid appraisng my car didn't know anything about it and then proceeded to try to explain why they were offering me less about 15 grand than what was discussed on the phone. This is a middleman, not even an actual dealer.

Do not waste your time when these guys call you. They won't give you close to what your vehicle is worth. They offered me 10 grand under trade in value (TO PURCHASE CASH). I spent my Saturday letting them appraise my vehicle after a phone call to look at my vehicle for a "competitive offer" This happen to two other people while I was at the dealership as well. I went to the one off Broadway in San Antonio. They are based out of Austin. Don't waste your time.
As expected, they are a bunch of fools who hire young people (who don't know what they are doing) to insult and lie to people. I would have rated them NO STAR but that was not an option. Autohero and anyone associated with them are lairs and cheats and should be run out of town the old fashion way. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOOLS! Make them go away for everyone's sake and to bring some dignity back to the business community in Austin.
Total waste of time and feel their email estimate is pure misrepresentation. Informed me via email that 2009 F150 King Ranch was worth 15,750 which may have been acceptable. Went to the physical location on Broadway in San Antonio and was totally lowballed at 12,400; informed the guy I didn't care to continue to conversation. He tried to say my truck had a problem, nice try... Drove 10 miles to Carmax in 1-35N and got 16,000 on the spot. Nice try guys, find another sucker. I would never recommend this place.
More like auto zero. Because that's close to what they'll offer you for your vehicle. Waste of time.
They gave my husband and I a decent price on his 2001 Jeep almost 800 more than the dealership. We went to the Round Rock location to have it appraised and decided to take the deal and we were told we would get the money today. After signing the paperwork (and the title) we had to travel to the south congress location to pick up the check. We were half way there when we get a phone call from the purchase agent and he tells us that we have to wait until Monday to get an ACH deposit into our bank account because no one was available to write a check on Saturday. Why be open for business on a Saturday if we have to wait until Monday for the money? It really didn't make any since to me. Needless to say, I went to the south congress location pretty upset because we needed two vehicles to be able to go to work and now we only had one. We did not leave until a check was written by a manager that had to come in on his day off! Overall, the offer was way more than a dealership had offered but it should not be that complicated to get the money you are promised, especially after signing the paperwork!!!!!
Decent offer, quick sale
Do not waste you time
