I called them due to a flea infestation in my house. The woman who answered was very pleasant and the price was reasonable. The service was another story entirely. The exterminator had no idea why I had contracted their services leaving me wondering what the point of asking me questions like, \Where is it more focused?\ was on my initial call. It obviously was neither passed along, or it didn't matter since they were going to do the same thing regardless. The exterminator spot sprayed my baseboards in like 5 minutes and said he was done. I was told initially that I would have a follow up appointment in two weeks. They have never contacted me again except to bill me for their monthly service. The treatment they provided did absolutely nothing. My house still has fleas, I still can barely sleep at night or feel comfortable in my house, and now I'm paying them 40 a month on top of it to do nothing whatsoever. I wrote them an email requesting a refund since they basically did nothing and have received no response. This place might be great for preventative maintenance but, if you have an actual problem you need taken care of, I would highly suggest you find a professional exterminator. This place is not it.
