It is literal highway robbery if you get your car towed by this business! They will not only charge the max allowed by law (275) but they will nickle and dime fees on top of that and hold your car for ransom in their tow yard. If the sheriff/police call for a tow on your behalf, either after a wreck or breakdown, refuse it and pick a tow company on your own or thru your insurance company. It will be infinitely cheaper!

Yes I have to agree this is the worst towing company and very unprofessional. I called about the rate and the owner acted as if he didn't want to disclose the amount until we got into a verbal confrontation then he blurted out 185.00 for the initial pick up and 50.00 a day. He is a rip off and I am surprise that Williamson County Sheriff's Department has him on there rotation.
This place is unprofessional! The phone number is not correct, the location is incorrect. The owner is never there, they have people in the office who knows nothing about the prices or anything for that manner. They half ass the prices and don't give you all the info...ie the charges added to your price. They are rip offs! Do not do business with this company! The only reason they have one star is because I had to put it to post but don't deserve any stars!
