In my over 2 years of work with Monique, my life has literally been transformed from the inside out. Her compassion and ability to provide me with the tools I need to work through deep seated issues from the past and stresses in the present has helped me to become more mindful in the way I handle myself and my life. I have grown as a person and learned more about myself in the last 2 years than in the previous 36. Working with Monique has improved my ability to listen to cues from my body as to the source of what is going on in my mind and emotions and be present. My relationship with myself and my daughter has improved. I would recommend her to anyone seeking therapy that really wants to improve their lives by working on themselves.
