This is heartbreaking to post... This used to be my favorite job, when it was Trusource labs. Since Everise has taken over the job has gone from uncomfortable to horrendous. The QA's are absolutely impossible to pass and are judged by people who do not understand our culture. Then the expectations are constantly changing and the managers and supervisors do not take responsibility for the tech issues that effect the sales. The pays good though and people are generally friendly.

I would avoid this place. The company has lost a few contracts over the last year and maintaining operations in Austin and in the US is not cost effective so even the contracts they still have will eventually be moved over to their Ireland or potential future Mexico offices. The company lacks competent leadership. Sure they're at the whim of the companies that employ them, which is more of the fault of outsourced technical support, but things are known in advance but they only let the employees know so little ahead of the changes. Several people were let go in early 2017 and management was aware for a few months in advance and they even let a few select employees on the floor know so they could prepare by boosting up their stats but didn't let the whole floor know until 4 weeks before the cut off date leaving most without much time to try to improve as only the top percentage were kept. Beyond that there's so much preferential treatment here. If you're not white, young (18-26), male, and skinny then good luck because you'll have to work way harder than everyone else as those who do fit that criteria get easy promotions and much quicker than anyone else. Most of the diversity hirings left for other pastures as they realized they hit a limit or weren't going to program. In summation I would say avoid this place as it continually moved towards lower pay and layoffs.

After spending more time at this company, I've decided to lower my rating to 2 stars. As many other reviews have noted, this is a good job but it is not a career, as there is no clear defined trajectory for one to climb. You are essentially rotated between different clients as they are phased in and out. It's a good place to get some experience, but that's about it.

Everise automatic dialer for their recruiting department keeps texting several people on my business line. Over 22 different people were noted in the text from 3 different computer generated personalities. No, I don't want to sell life insurance for Everise. Why would I want to do business with a company that does not value personal communication? YOU CAN'T TALK TO A REAL PERSON.
