This lab is by far the quickest and most convenient lab I’ve found. No appointment required, however, they do prefer you make one for DNA and hair follicle tests. The turn around time is also quick, with all results typically being given in 1-3 days. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and another positive in my book is they do not see sick patients or test for COVID making it a much lesser chance of being exposed to such pathogens. I give this lab 5 stars all day!

Went in for a pre-employment drug test and despite having called ahead explaining who I was taking the test for as well as reminding Joseph at the front desk while checking in; I was administered the wrong test of which I had to pay out of pocket. My employer advised they couldn’t accept the test I was given as it was for the wrong company and I had to go retake the correct test.I spoke with both Nina and Joseph over the phone and was told I would receive a refund for the initial test I was given. After coming in to complete the correct test the next day Nina tried to refuse my refund request despite being told I’d revive one the prior day. Results were fast and painless however this company had poor customer service.
