We unfortunately used American title company for our refinance. Unfortunately they are jot professional and we have never received a copy of our closing documents. We have requested them over a dozen times but still nothing. Company is not responsive and when you do get a hold of some they are not able to help but recommend another department via email but they never respond. We have even tried having our lender reach out but still no response.

We showed up to sign on our closing and they hadn't prepared the documents. They handed me a stack of completely empty documents and told me to fill them out now I have been sitting here for an hour still waiting for them to bring the other documents back. I have used first american many times in the past but this location is completely incompetent and have made first american lose all future business from us.

I’ve always had good experiences with First American and this branch definitely lived up to my expectations. They set up a courtesy close for a Seattle buyer when the closing got moved up and they couldn’t fly back. Everything went very smoothly and staff was friendly from front desk to management.
