We went to see this place although we knew it was closed. You can still take pictures from outside. I would love to go back when it’s open. The graffiti was nice.

Tons of fun! I had I idea that you could just walk up and start painting on the walls. Lots of people were there working on pictures. I definitely appreciated the free hand work over the stencils. The weekend we were there, someone was selling pictures of images on the wall from days past. Really cool to see how the place has changed over time seeing the pictures. It is quite a steep walk to the top, so choose carefully if you want to make the ascent. It was nice side trip and I would recommend swinging by to see the place. If you feel like it, bring some cans and put your mark on the wall before you leave.
This was a cool place to spend an hour! There was a lot of cool graffiti, but a lot of it has been covered by people just spray painting there names. Please don’t spray on top of cool things! This park use to be so much cooler :( Although it is pet friendly, I would refrain from bringing dogs because there is a lot of broken glass scattered in random places. Check out the little goodwill boutique around the corner- great finds!
Didn't think it was going to be as cool as it was but it was truly great. Lots of cool art and watching people create new heart while you're there is a nice site. It was a little bit rainy but didn't take away from how awesome it was. Climb to the top and you also get a great view of the city. Next time I come back I'm coming with my own paint to see if I can show off my skills
Awesome place to check out murals and bring the family while in Austin, if you are looking for the street art experience. If your lucky, you will catch an artist throwing down a beautiful mural while your here. If you bring your own can to spray, try to spray around the murals. The most beautiful stuff tends to only last a few days.
So much to look at and always changing! Every surface is covered in art. You could be there for hours looking at everything...or adding your own! It’s a shame it will soon be gone. This is a place that everyone should see.
Came here on a rainy day but it was still really cool. There's lots of random but interesting stuff on the walls. The view of the city from the top is great. Great place for tourists and residents alike. --4.5 stars
This is a unique art gallery in Austin that helps ‘keep Austin weird’. Be sure to check the opening hours as this isn’t public space. There were a group of artists creating a piece when we arrived. It can be difficult to climb up the different levels. It’s a little steep and rocky on the sides where you climb up. The area does have a lot of rubbish on the ground.
