Honestly I Wanted This Job and I Worked Hard to Get It. Of Course Everything Started Off Ok, I Got The Job, Super Excited, New Experiences. I Was Reassured That There Was No Favoritism, Grown Adults, TEAM Work, Pretty Much Do Your Job, SAFETY FIRST, No Funny Business. Look Out for Eachother. Being I Was The Second Female With Some Experience, Maybe More Than A Few Men Already Employed There. Apparently, My Foreman, Who Did Favoritism, Did Not Want Me Working On His Crew, So I WAS FIRED !!!! I Worked Night Shift, Which Is 5pm-6am. After My Shift, Blanca HR Called Me At Home. Told Me, That Justin Who Is Maintenance, Whom I Do Not Really Work With. Told Her I Have Not Been Using SAFETY FIRST, At All In My Work Performance. Basically Rushed Off The Phone Ended The Call With, I No Longer Have A Job. Next Day, Call Rich Man In Charge, He Basically Couldn't Give Me An Exact Reason Why I Had Lost My Job. Apparently My Foreman Claims I Backed Into The Escalator Whom Was Loading Me. That Was A Lie, IF I Had, But I Did Not, IF I Had, Where Was The Documents, Why, Wasn't SAFETY Called ?? Why Didn't I Take A Drug Test??? It Never Happened but I Lost My Job and Nobody Would Explain to Me Why... I Really Enjoy The Experiences I Have In My Field Of Work, Especially Being A Woman. I Worked Hard to Get That Job and to Be Fired for No Explainable Reason, Definitely Put Me In A Financial Situation and Left A Very Bad Experience With Austin Material...
