This car buying process was so incredibly easy. I want to thank Cullen, Michael, and Luxury Auto Works for an absolutely amazing experience!! I went in knowing a few cars I wanted to look at. They were so warm and welcoming right off the bat. Test drove the cars I wanted to look at. They did not try to do the salesman thing and try to push me to look at other cars I wasn’t interested in. They gave me an EXCELLENT value for my trade, lay out all my options clearly and precisely, and let me make the best decision for me. This was 100% the best car buying process I have ever experienced. I highly recommend you go check them out, I know I will be going back to Luxury Auto Works again!!

Nice vehicles
Bought a car from Luxury over the internet. When car arrived it had a broken windshield that was shown on truck drivers report when picked up. Tyler refuses to acknowledge they sold a car with a broken windshield, spare tire that does not hold air, wheel locks with no key and only one ignition key. I requested reimbursement for key 410 and windshield 850. Tyler refuses responsibility and I am having to take to small claims court to get reimbursed. This store does not allow vehicle inspections at manufacturer dealerships only 3rd party inspectors that are not certified for Mercedes. I was assured by Tyler that the car was in excellent condition and was fully inspected by them. Having a nice building and website does not make a reputable business. Hope you can learn from my experience.
