The worst experience ever! I verified with them and my insurance prior to picking up medical equipment that it would be covered by my insurance 100%. Within a month I started getting a bill from med ex. I called twice and they said my insurance denied the claim. Spoke to my insurance and they said that didn't happen and it was paid. Called med ex bk and was then told I would hv to conference call with them and my insurance company to verify payment. Seriously? I'm not doing their job. Months later I start getting collections calls so I finally spend over an hr of my time doing this conference call they requested only to have no resolution bc even though my insurance co had a payment recieved code from med ex, med ex still couldn't see where they had been paid. Someone was supposed to call me back. Another month, no word. Its now august and this and was from January. Still getting collections calls. Call med ex again now getting a totally diff story from them about the insurance verification dept and someone who claims they can reach out to my insurance co and get this resolved. Finally yesterday I receive an email saying they've verified the payment that my insurance co made to them in March that was already verified to them over the phone months prior. No apology for the hassle. Thx, never again!

well as with the 2 other reviews I read first contact person was very rude could not excess office manager went on Google found a corporate phone # called it got the Office manager Brenda -- explained to her that this woman that called me on the phone was to say the least -- needs more training with her people skills -- Brenda assured me she would enroll her in people skills 101 -- first she could not pronounce my name even after saying it back to me right --then the next time she reverted to the wrong name -- then I told her I had done business with them before and they always billed me -- well that would just NOT be except-able to her she demanded I give her a credit card Number over the phone -- Well being a small business owner all the red flags went up---she called me she could be any one -- and I was not giving her any thing like that over the phone -- I was rather offended having a credit score of 820 --and pay my bills from my bank and do not put the information she was demanding out over the phone --but Brenda office manager was very awesome to get this resolved --do not know what people skills Brenda took but it was awesome she was spot on with squaring this away very professional -- my praise and thanks to her So thank you very much for your help --Brenda

Good experience and I was a walk-in. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful and the man who fitted me for my shoulder harness provided excellent service.
