I just moved into Northchase and have had a great experience so far. I decided to live here mostly because of the convenient location. I can get on I-35 easily and head to where I work in north Austin. The property has been very receptive to my requests. The leasing team was great and helped me move in on short notice. From what I hear, they are taking a lot of steps to improve the property and community. Highly recommend this apartment to anybody looking for an affordable place to live in Austin with a great location!

Too many changes in management! Each manager, expect different style!
This is a low budget housing complex with a variety of renters that scare you to death! Do not go there at night with your family. This place is unsafe and needs better security there to protect and serve this apartment complex.
Delma Coronel, Manager at Northchase is the best Manager we've ever had, as is Rosie Espinoza, Assistant Manager. Both of these ladies are outstanding in their people skills, and in their excellent manner of communicating with residents. They are bilingual, courteous, educated, polite, and professional. They are a great asset to the community of Northchase!!!
Living on Rundberg is what it is...it can be very loud, dirty and crowded. The only reason my husband, children and I live here is because the previous management worked with our rental history(old broken leases). We moved into Northchase Apts in February of 2015. Slumlord ownership has changed a few times since living here. The current owners took over almost a year ago. So far, I have seen some improvements. The quality of people they are leasing to now seems to have improved. They've also made a few get-togethers for the residents. On Valentine's Day, they hung heart candy boxes on our doors which was really cute. But the best improvement I feel has been the new manager. Delma is absolutely awesome. Anytime I've gone to her with an issue, she addresses it immediately. She's definitely a people person who does whatever she can to help. And her new assistant Rosie is a sweetheart. It's really refreshing to have a more professional office staff around here. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing the next developments.
