If you don't pick this company you have officially wasted your time & money! This is the most reliable company I have ever worked with. They uphold to their word, have AWESOME pricing & VERY trustworthy. They stand behind their work & will be to your home at the drop of a rodent (lol) The work they have done for us has been done in a timely manner, they are very organized & operate as a team. I honestly don't think there are enough words to explain how happy we are with their work!!!!

So great! Michael is caring and clearly knows what he is doing. I have taken my lab twice and gotten such a better service than the big pet store salons. Highly recommend!
Unreliable. Michael no-showed on me twice and doesn't answer his phone (unable to leave voicemail). He groomed my dog once, because even though he no-showed, I'm flexible and understand we're all human. Michael was apologetic and I thought we could move pass the 1st no show. My dog looked great! Excellent cut and shape! I thought I'd become a regular. I like to support local small businesses. But when he doesn't answer his phone or show up to appointments it's impossible to be his customer. I'll gladly update this review if Michael will call or message me and maybe we can start over, but otherwise he's too unreliable. This is a fair review.
Michael was amazing. We are so fortunate to have found him. Our dog had a bad experience at a previous groomer and they stopped grooming him halfway through. Our dog looked terrible and was traumatized. We called Michael last minute hoping he could see him and help us out. He not only fit us in that day but he did a great job. Our dog got the cut he desperately needed and looks great. Michael made the whole experience pleasant for us and our dog. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
