We had a great customer service experience when we called to set up an appointment. Customer service is exceptionally important to us. When the crew arrived, they had their masks and booties on, and they were on time. They got to working quickly. They told me and showed me the disgusting vents we have. They cleaned up after themselves. They worked really hard. I appreciate the hard work, professionalism, and customer service.

I was very concerned about the safety of my children after learning my dryer vent was extremely clogged. Two technicians from Pioneer Air Duct Cleaning company were able to come out immediately to address my concern! They were both professional, personable, and knowledgeable! This company is simply the best. I’ve worked with others before, who’ve run over estimate, or couldn’t meet reasonable timelines. This company is different! Pioneer Air Duct Cleaning were extremely professional and detailed. Great experience. Our home is fresh and the dust levels have been extensively reduced. We had our ducts cleaned a few years ago. George and Mark were so detailed they found and removed not only dust but a large amount of wood chips, saw dust and drywall dust.

Exceptional experience! George and Mark arrived promptly for the appointment, was very professional and did a meticulous job. Our dryer works 100% better now, and (most importantly) I can sleep with ease knowing that it isn't going to burn my house down! I respected the time and care they put into such a small job. Pioneer Air Duct Cleaning did an exceptional job!! They called me back shortly after leaving a voicemail, got me scheduled for that week and gave me a two hour time window of arrival. On the day of appointment, the technician called and gave me a 30 min heads up, was thorough and courteous. I will most definitely be calling them. They truly did a really good job. Thanks guys!
