Sean, U are the BEST! We were looking for a pair of used snow boot bindings for an old Burton snowboard, I called the location in Montana, the pair had been sold. Sean, the Sales Rep. went above and beyond to help me find a pair. In all my years of online shopping, I have NEVER had a Sales person willing to help in anyway they could. I've had 3 experiences with Play it Again Sports (Anderson location) My first time was great. Not so much the 2nd time (the guy working that day had a bad attitude. (asking questions was a nuisance...lol). Today I came back and the same guy from my 1st visit was there. His customer service is above and beyond. His name is Mark. He actually cares, and did a great job making sure I left with Exactly what I wanted. Thank You
