It was horrible memory to use Pronto towing. Actually I had a car accident and need to use pronto towing. (Since the police called towing company under the rotation and I did not have any other option also panicked by accident, I accepted it) After they towed my car, they acted irresponsibly. They never called back and did not recieve any call. I tried more than 10 times call and when they recieve it, they was extremely rude. They ignore my question and quit the call. Also, when I get my car back, they charged huge amount of money including some weird category. For example, they charged 50 bucks for notification, but I have no memory that I notified. I only recall that I tried so many call to reach out them. The fees are extremely expensive. Thus if you have any other option, please choose other shops. I feel like google should allow 0 star. I feel so sorry that I am giving 1 star due to the policy of google.

Everyone is rude and they are all dishonest people and deserve to go out of business. The worker named \Mingo\ didn't let the gentleman before me get his heart pills from the trailer that they towed. To add insult to injury, his trailer won't run and he needs to tow it out, but they won't let him get in with his own truck to tow it out, so he has to pay hundreds of dollars to have them tow the trailer 20 ft off their property before he can hook it on his own truck. They're a bunch of money hungry snakes and karma will repay them big time. Also don't expect them to be 24 hr as advertised. I called 3 times at 2 am, then 3 more times at 8 am and I finally got a call back at 11am. The owner, Thomas Mora, was the one that finally called back and he was extremely rude and matter of fact when dealing with us. Their facilities are run down and they have 3 or 4 different numbers posted everywhere apparently all leading to the same phone. Extremely disorganized and a joke of a business. Avoid if you can. If they tow you, you don't have much choice to deal with them, but best of luck to you.
After requesting a tow and A Prontos rep conforming, they never showed up. After 2 hours I texted & called to check status and they wouldn’t respond. It was the middle of the night & my vehicle is larger than standard which is why I waited 2 hours to check up on driver. But, nonetheless, a call or text notifying me they werent coming would have been nice. I ended up calling someone else at about 3:00am and wish I had done so sooner.
Worst customer service, would not recommend them even if it was a last resort. Would have not used them, however Austin PD called them to get a truck and trailer towed. They were supposed to tow it to Donco Trucking but they towed it to their place. I called and asked why and they said their was no one to pay the bill. I asked why did they not call, and the answer they gave me was they did not have time. So now not only do I have a tow bill, I have to pay storage fees and pay another tow company tow it 1 block from their location. What a JOKE company is!!!!!!!
