Warren was awesome. He was very pleasant, courteous and neat. He has very good work ethics. He was very clear and transparent. Warren made sure I understood all of my options. He explained everything to me in detail and kindly answered all of my questions. I even learned a few things about plumbing. I will certainly be using Radiant again, if and when needed. Warren is an absolute asset to this company!

It was such a pleasure meeting \Tim the Tool-Man\ today. Tim came out to finish securing the ladder entry to my attic. He had a beautiful disposition and a adiant\ personaly to match. I could tell that he took pride in his work and made certain to clean up thoroughly after painting my attic entry and the adjacent wall in my hallway. I must admit, each young man who came out from Radiant to assess our air conditioner and perform the installation, has been polite and professional. Tim was super nice and a joy to talk to. The service people at Radiant are excellent in dealing with customers in the most dignified way. I would definitely use Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning again. Tim gets a \thumbs up\ from us! Javier was very courteous and professional. People like Javier is what makes are breaks a company. I highly recommend Javier and Radiant to anybody. Your company is awesome. Very impressed with Radiant!! After finding pipe and water damage from winter storm Uri, I called multiple companies for help. Radiant was the first to call me back and get a technician on the way. Other companies took days to even call me back and longer to schedule an appointment. Jason showed up and knew exactly what the issue was. Not having experienced this issue before, I had a ton of questions. Jason answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. Very impressed with Radiant on every level. Radiant has a client for life.
Andrew did a fantastic job finding and repairing our leaks after the 2021 winter storms. He arrived on time, was courteous and friendly (including to our dog and cat!), he was up front about pricing and the work to be done, he completed all the work in a timely manner, and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Finally, he made sure to wear his mask at all times, which I appreciate.
