Really enjoy the Community Events that Katie, Resident Activities Manager, creates and hosts. There are several different types, whether you are a \foodie\, artistic, or like games; there's an option for you. During the Covid-19 pandemic where most are staying at their apartment, it is nice to have some activities to choose from. Recently made a lovely meal with dessert included.

Very good community. Clean and pleasant. Good neighborhood. All attractions are within 10-15 min drive. Apartments are well thought and spacious. Common amenities are very well maintained. I would definitely recommend this place to rent for IT professional as most of the IT parks are nearby.
I've lived in Riata only a few months, but I'm very impressed. The staff is top notch and very responsive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. And I want to give a special shout out to Karie, their activities manager. She schedules special events most days, some for kids, some for adults. And she brings in food trucks once or twice a week. Even on some of the coldest nights, Katie was there helping people get their orders and saying hi to everyone. That's dedication!
Lived here for 2 years now, and the overall experience has been great. The community is beautiful, and is the primary reason we moved here. The trees and the trails make it a fantastic place to live in. The renovated apartments look great, and we love having the media console and book shelves. The amenities available are fantastic, and in the past several months there's been a lot of renovations and revamping of the facilities and the landscapes happening, making it look even better.
The staff works hard to make the community fresh and contemporary. They are constantly working to ensure the amenities provided meet the demands of the current residents. Staff is friendly and helpful across the board. It's a nice neighborhood to call home.
