Scott C. Smith took my money up front then refused to try my case unless I gave him more money. His best deal was 300 days on a misdemeanor. Scott said he would only try my case if I gave him several more thousand in addition to what I'd already paid him. Don't be fooled by this guy. If you hire Scott C. Smith, your case is dead in the water. I've been arrested over 20 times. Worst experience with any attorney ever. Total POS lawyer.
