I was extremely pleased with Steamers, and the gentleman that came out to do the work. I've used other companies in the past, but wasn't too thrilled with the quality of work or employees... so I've continued to try new companies when looking to get my carpets cleaned. Well, I will definitely be using \Steamers\ the next time I need my carpets cleaned. Mark did a very thorough job and I didn't get the feeling like you get with most companies... which is get it and get out as quick as possible. He really took the time to do a great job and my carpet look great! The pricing was very reasonable too which was also a nice bonus.

My carpets were in awful shape after several years of use without professional cleaning and several small children. I purchase the 3 room and hallway deal through Groupon. After the cleaning, the carpets looked way better than expected. I didn't think they would get that clean:) Side note: Stain treatment is not included with the Groupn and costs extra but they gave me a deal on it.
