I needed someone to inspect our appliances after our kitchen flooded. Brian was punctual, communicative, and friendly. After our appointment, I had the paperwork I needed, accurately and thoroughly completed, for the insurance claim. I’m very impressed with his operation and will be using him again if I ever need to.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Brian was prompt and courteous. Just moved into a new home the summer 2020. Bought a gas dryer that needed to be installed and connected to the gas line. The store where purchased did not connect gas dryers. He was able to work us into his schedule the same day we called. The dryer needed a specific part. Brian went and bought that part and did not charge for this. Proud to support a Veteran that served our country.
Brian with "That Guy" was awesome. He showed up within 2 hours of calling on a Saturday, diagnosed the problem (broken pulley & belt), and completed the repair within 40 minutes. Prompt, professional service at a reasonable price - great job That Guy!
Really happy with Brian's install of a tricky Bosch dishwasher, it was a tight space and needed someone who knew what he was doing to get the hose and all electrical connected and installed. Few years ago I had one installed in the same spot, and it took the installer 2 tries to get it to work. Brian is super communicative, has a positive attitude and worked to get it done. I asked him a bunch of questions, and he has tons of experience with a lot of different appliance brands. Also got his advice on my Wolf range, he patiently looked while I showed him a weird problem and we strategized how to fix it. I'll order parts and he'll come take care of it. Believe me, it's so nice to have someone knowledgeable come and work on appliances, it takes lots of time and experience -- Brian knows his stuff. And when I booked the installation, I priced 4 different places, and Brian was the most reasonable AND the best communication and responsiveness. Super happy. He'll be back to work on the range in a few weeks.
Great guy. Honest and will tell you the truth and help you to fix your issue for a reasonable price. I'll call him anytime I have an issue.
I called Brian on a Monday morning before 9 am. Within 5 minutes I was on his schedule to come out at 2pm that afternoon to diagnose my leaking washing machine. Brian is a class act guy. He showed up when he said he would, actually a little ahead of schedule. He was straightforward and very professional. His prices are extremely reasonable as well. I will definitely be calling Brian again in the future for any of my appliance needs. If you're looking to support a small business, Brian is the way to go.
Brian came out on a frosty Saturday to fix our washing machine. He was professional and did a great job. Highly recommend!
Called Brian in the morning on a Monday because my oven wouldn't turn on. He was able to squeeze me in even though he was booked for the day and actually arrived ahead of original time! He worked super fast, explaining the things he was doing/looking at which I very much appreciated. Extremely reasonable price to come out last minute, check over everything and replace a faulty igniter. Brian was so friendly and respectful (had a mask on and social distanced). I felt super comfortable as a woman having him in the house while I was home alone. 10/10 will be calling on him for all future appliance needs (wish I had found him a month ago when my dryer wasnt working).
