The Coolest is in my opinion, the best HVAC company in Austin. These guys simply get it done at the right price and with the right attitude. I had the pleasure of working with them on a somewhat complex mini split install in my Airstream Trailer vacation rental. Their installer, James, was highly knowledgeable and worked hard to get the job done on time. He even explained some things to look out for in the future regarding common failure points, places to monitor for leaks, etc. If you need an HVAC company in Austin, don’t hesitate to cal the coolest. They Rock!
Mark and team have been amazing to work with. Being a first time home owner, selecting a new AC/heating system seemed pretty daunting. Mark took the time to take me through my options -- the pros/cons of certain systems, what would qualify me for the best rebates for the city etc. I took the time to secure 2 others quotes, and hands down, the information and customer experience I received from Mark was above and beyond what I experienced from other companies. During instillation, a curve ball was thrown from the my earlier system. The team was creative in finding the best path forward and pushed (staying later than anticipated) to complete all of the work in the single day. The team was polite, wore masks the whole time and were mindful of my working from home. I couldn't have asked for a better company to help me through this investment in house and my comfort for this upcoming Texas summer! Thank you Mark!
The Austin Coolest team has done several projects on our house, both big & small. They most recently replaced & relocated our AC unit. We are very happy with the end product & the crew was great- professional, courteous & tidy. We would absolutely recommend them as their prices are fair & their work is solid!
This is the 2nd time I have used The Coolest LLC, and again they delivered with an incredible experience. My A/C started to leak at my rental property, and my tenant let me know.
