Dr. Baker is great but this has been the worst Urology Center I have ever been too. I have been waiting a month now for a prescription prior authorization. When I called I was told they will get to it when they get to it. The DR. Prescribed a medication I need but the office decides your health.. They are extremely quick to take your co-pay the second you walk in the door of course. Again Dr. Baker is great unfortunately his office is not and I will be looking for another office.

I was a patient of Dr. Singh in the past, but was forced to change to a different doctor because my insurance changed and he wasn’t on my new plan. So I’ve changed insurance again and this week I was able to become a patient of Urology Austin. And I’m so happy. The receptionist was very warm and friendly, actually they all are! The nurse who drew my blood, Sara, was very professional and nice. And Dr. Singh is the best. He’s a good listener, he doesn’t make me feel rushed in and out, and I have complete confidence in him. He did some lab work on my husband a while back and discovered that his oxygen levels were consistent with someone with sleep apnea. And my husband is a diabetic. Sure enough, we visited an ENT and Dr. Singh was correct. Since then his sleep apnea has been cured, and my husband sleeps peacefully. I highly recommend this practice, but especially Dr. Singh. He’s brilliant and a good egg!

Great practice. Scheduling was easy and the lady who helped me get scheduled was super nice and easy to work with. I met with Dr. Kocurek at UA and I really appreciated his candor. He gave me options without pushing an agenda. In my case, we opted for no action, which is what he recommended. All in all, I couldn't ask for a better experience with a medical provider and the associated practice.

Admittance to the office is very covid conscience. Attendants immediately acknowledged My presence, were friendly; and, the physician's visit was quite pleasant and informative. Additionally phone visits (between appoints) are a great and valuable personal health aid.
