Do not use. I hired them because of their good reviews. The person they sent out seemed inexperienced from the beginning and a bit nervous. The first thing he wanted to look at was my attic and he wound up falling through my ceiling almost immediately, breaking a water line on his way down. I had to rush to turn off the water to prevent further damage. When I came back he was already back in his truck. I’m not sure why he rushed away, when I approached his truck he put his finger up because he was on the phone as if he wanted me to wait. By then I was furious. He said the office would contact me about this. It’s been almost a week and I cannot contact the worker because his phone is now off. The office is clearly screening my calls because they don’t ever ever answer and they will not return my voicemails. The next step is to get my lawyers involved, It shouldn’t have had to come to this but they leave me no choice since they NEVER answer their phone.

We protested finding a bat in our principal room. Like by far most, we were so pushed and required this fixed. Wildlife Removal Austin was responsive in this way instructive. Amazingly content with their work. Their entire team was very friendly. We would emphatically endorse them to anyone having bat issues....!!!!
We had a problem with raccoons that were getting to our home through a hurt stack shield. their staff showed up quickly, perceived the issue in the blink of an eye, and presented a solitary course entrance. They fixed the damage only a few other expected paths. They were lively, profitable, learned, and unimaginably neighborly. I wouldn't extra a second to use Wildlife Removal Austin again or evade them to others.....!!!!
Not worth the time they NEVER answer their phones.. once I did get through they had no clue on how to help or who to call for the right help.. useless service.
I am never the type to leave reviews but I felt it was warranted in this situation. No one ever answers the phone but once They did they finally got me through to their team. What a team! This whole experience was very disorganized a bit untraditional to say the least, and downright disappointing. There’s a right way and a wrong way to run a business and the owner is expressing the wrong way to operate. I’m a paying customer and should have been treated professionally from the start. Very unprofessional.
We found a pretty sizable shed next the house today, so I emailed over a picture of it in hopes of getting help identifying it. Within an hour, David responded, identifying the shed as a rat snake. Super helpful - thanks!!
Our hotel was having a persistent problem with a raccoon getting into the rooms. Problem is that we had not the slightest idea of where he was getting in and how he was getting back out. We just could see damaged areas in the realms each time. The first three companies we called were of no help at all. One told us that wasn't the kind of service that they provided, and the other two said it would be at least a week before they could get out to us. That wouldn't work considering we can have raccoons living inside the hotel rooms. What effect guest found? After talking with Mary she told me she would send out Becky and Amanda. They came out later that afternoon and spent about an hour rummaging around the hotel. They found like 11 spots the raccoon was using to get in. I couldn't even imagine finding those spots on my own. It was amazing that they were able to do that. They did not capture the raccoon itself, but told us that since it was not located by them that it was likely outside already. They helped repair the spots and sprayed around the hotel to keep the raccoon away. That has seemed to work. No sightings since. These two were really great in this company is really great. A super job for sure.
