I would like to share my appreciation and thanks to Nicole Jones, mortgage advisor specifically. I have previously bought a property back in 2018 to which Nicole supported me the whole way through, as a first time buyer I had many different queries and required a lot of support with understanding. Nicole was always there to offer a helping hand and to answer any questions I had, even the silly ones. She is always positive and most of all professional. I am not purchasing another property but this time with my partner, so another new venture with a lot of new vocabulary that I don't understand. I have chosen to use Nicole as our mortgage advisor again second time round as I know she will be there to support and push the sale through; Nicole always goes above and beyond to make sure each step is completed in a timely manor. Nicole always provides full and detailed information, nothing is hidden or any sneaky costs don't appear at a later date which you do get from some advisors. I trust Nicole as she has built that professional relationship and proof really is in the pudding as I am now purchasing again using the services provided.
