As a tenant, i would watch out for Louise Starr and Julie Duval. These are some of the worse real estate property managers i have had to deal with. From signing the lease and being told that things would be repaired (verbal only) to then taking them to the tribunal for items that needed much repairing during the 12 month lease. My lord! It was some of the most stressful times i have been through and that is thanks to Julie mostly. Not Louise, she just initiated the whole ordeal by waiting until we were signing the lease to let us know that nothing would be repaired until 1 month later. Not the broken pergola. Not the cleanliness of the house. Not the stinky toilets. Not the blocked drains, not the broken screen door, not the broken front door, not the gardens, not the flooded garage, not the fly screens, not the mould, not the carpet cleaning etc etc. All i can say is that if you are a landlord, hire them. They care only for the Y'all. That's all. So home owners, call Julie as she will ensure to get your money for you one way or the other. I give her 5 stars here. If you are a tenant. Get everything in writing. Make sure you have all relevant documents required. Make sure you don't get on her bad side. So unprofessional. As a final goodbye, i am having to take them to the tribunal again just to dispute repair items at the home. Bad egg this lot. Wait till you see the reply that will follow, i am waiting patiently to hear what they say.

Great to deal with We had been looking for our first home for more than a year with not much success. It was bit frustrating sometime and had couple of bad experiences with agents we had to deal with. So it was a pleasant experience when we found the one to buy and an agent who was willing to work with us. On top of that we were impressed with Stephen's & Elle's with their quick response.
