Checked everything, answered all my questions, and even gave me recommendations on how to avoid having the problem in the future. Will definitely call the company again for other repair needs.

This the second time that the serviceman from this company came to repair an appliance - first time an oven and second time the refrigerator. On both occasions, the serviceman was courteous and took care of the repair quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this service company for any service repair.

The serviceman was professional and competent and identified the problem quickly. It turns out there was no repair needed. Our dishwasher was leaking due to a filter lid being loose. This caused water to drip out of the unit. I wish they had offered some sort of discount or offer on a future repair since the problem was so minor and no parts were required to remedy the situation. A goodwill discount would have gone a long way in customer satisfaction.
