After leaving my Mk7 Golf Gtd at Auto Dynamix for 2 hours, it came back a different car to drive all thanks to the Stage 1 remap. Now the turbo range range has been increased and the torque is brought in much lower in the revs. Power is up from 185 Bhp to around the 225 Bhp mark. Extremely happy with the results! Thanks guys.
