SoundShapers messed up when installing an Intoxalok on my car, wouldn't take me seriously when I called them about it, and couldn't get me in to look at it for another six weeks. Auto Radiator Services heard me out, ran me through the possibilities and tests they could run, had me in later that afternoon, and fixed it within an hour. Awesome job! Thank you so much!

Very happy with remote starter installed. Second time I have used them for this service . We returned because the one prior lasted well (for over 200k miles of wear!) , and it is still going strong. I was however, a bit surprised by lack of safety protocols. No masks worn when waiting on customers, no sanitizing of pens, counter area, etc between customers and no wipes to do it yourself. I specifically asked about protocols when I made the appointment and I was told they were taking added safety measures- not sure what these were as even the basics such as masking and sanitizing were not being done. I would use them again, but would have held off on the remote starter if I had been aware of these lack of safety measures.
