Extreme poor service. Very rude seller. I never had such experience in my life when trying to buy a car! The seller did not answer my questions and was very rude when I asked to negotiate about a price. After my first phone call he was pushing me to sign a kaufvertrag(even though I did not know all the terms and details about the car, service, warranty etc). I have emailed my concerns to the owner of this garage Herr Römhild to solve the problem(before posting this bad review), never got a response back! I even emailed Mazda Motors (Deutschland) GmbH to ask if I can make a complain. Seems that all mazda dealers are individuals, and they can do whatever they want in terms of customers contact. I wanna warn others for the mentality of this Mazda dealer.

Sehr kompetentes Team, sehr freundlich und vor allem Ehrlich, so stelle ich mir eine Autohaus vor. Tolles Ambiente, aufgrund der Corona-Regelung alles klar definiert.
