Marisol was brokered to auto transport our vehicle to drop off location. Nevada to New Mexico. Car is in hostage and car was never delivered. I have texts and emails from Marisol. She took my deposit, car was picked up. But then requested more money en route which I sent and vehicle was never delivered. Car is in hostage and will not deliver. They took my money, and never delivered vehicle. I got a quote for 500. Gave her pick up and drop off location. I authorized 150 deposit, car was picked up and the rest was supposed to be paid upon delivery. She requested 200 more en route. Car is at an unknown location now. Marisol is claiming I never provided address. And that is the reason why my car was not delivered. I have text and initial quote I gave Marisol, the driver as well as auto transport company the address. The car never arrived. Marisol even made fake reviews on her own google review for Royal Quality Logistics. The review is under Madeline Porto. And her email from the invoice is Marisol Porto.

Marisol was great to work with. She really cared about helping me with my situation even before I agreed to use her to find a shipper. I had to have my stolen vehicle which was recovered in another state shipped back to me and there were no keys. Marisol found me a locksmith in the area who could help me and offered other help as well. She even texted me on the weekend and after hours to make sure I was taken care of. Great experience.

I had a quite non pleasant experience and all due to their human error. Apparently they were trying to get a hold of me, or one of their drivers but lady took my information wrong and i missed out having my vehicle shipped out and they still kept my deposit. They might have the lowest prices to bait someone, but more than likely they'll find a way to screw you over and keep your money. That is a company that you do not want to do business with. I should have gone with the other company i was referred to even if it was 300 dollars more. At least they had far better reviews.
