I have been a client for years. I have a car that I still love but it has frequent issues. Autobahn Logic has always taken great care of me. They are professional, trustworthy and have kept me on the road. A recent issue took longer to sort out than expected. Despite that, they did not charge me anything as they felt it should be covered. Seriously, they had my car for 4 days and did not charge me. I am appreciative of their integrity and will continue to go back. They even followed up a week later to make sure all was well. Highly recommend them!

I came to Autogahn Logic twice now and it has been a great friendly experience both times with a reasonable price and their willingness to explain the breakdowns of the prices without being asked. The first time I came when my starter (a new part that was just replaced at a different shop) had failed and my car wouldn’t start. Miguel kindly offered to call up the previous mechanic that had changed my part instead of me having to call them and do a phone call back and forth between the two shops. The second time I came in for a service. They had found that my timing chain had to be replaced. When I asked about the price of the fixes and if it was necessary to get it replaced right away or if it could wait, Miguel was able to explain to me very thoroughly why he advises me get it replaced and did a breakdown of the costs which were all very reasonable. I trusted them with my VW knowing that replacing the timing chain is a big job and they are the best professionals when it comes down to European cars. To my surprise, Miguel was able to finish the job in a timely manner, provided me pictures of the parts that had to be replaced, and shampooed my engine as well!! Ever since I’ve gotten my car back it hasn’t given me any troubles and drives smoothly without any clicking noise that I’ve heard before.

Thanks to John, the technician, who scanned my Audi bumper-to-bumper to make my Audi perform like-new. It was nice meeting Jawwad, McGill and Mario as well. Very professional and knowledgeable about German vehicles. Came for a brake service and it was done on time with OEM parts. Saved a lot of money compared to the dealership. Definitely recommend
