Normal process for the purchase of the car and post-purchase service. However, reparation staff not very competent or polite. What made me give a poor review is a very unpleasant situation when my car was accidented in Feb 2020 and had to stay in their garage due to covid delayed insurance expertise for a few months until the buyer of the car could lift it (the sell of the car was imposed by the insurance company as it was in their view very damaged). For these few months March to May Autodis kept the car under a tree in their garden in the mud. I called multiple times to ask if there is something I shouldndo at this stage etc- no explanation. At the day of pick up from the seller Autodis tell me i owe them 800 EUR for keeping the car in the mud behind as the stay of the car costed 10-15 eur per day. They could at least inform me about this during these months especially givem that everyone wss in a covid 19 lock down amd there was not much i could do to chamge the situation. I find it very customer-unfriendly and moreover during covid time, i find this immoral.

Friendly helpful staff, quick service
I was looking to buy a Honda Civic Type R in February 2019. I made a first visit to get more information. The staff took the time to answer all the questions I had. They provided honest and fair answers. I could see that they are enthusiastic and passionate about cars. I came back to order the car. They had a professional and transparent attitude. I liked that they were not pushy at all. All the paper work has been done by Autodis Mersch (registration, fiscal tax, CASCO insurance policy to my insurer). After one week I took delivery of the car. I was handed the car keys and received a car operation instruction on the place. A flawless, efficient and pleasant sales experience (I can only hope the same for the after-sales). Thank you Autodis!

They’re not serious about getting your business. The experience I had with them: I called them, told them I needed some repairs done on my oh-too-repair-prone 2018 Honda Civic. They told me to send in the car’s registration papers, which I did. From there on, I’d thought they’d contact me back, but they didn’t. So, I call them again. The first available date is in a month I’m told, so I take it. A month later I drive down to their garage, half an hour’s drive away, and they tell me that their mechanic is on sick leave. Great! I point out to the man at the front desk, that it would have been nice to have been informed about this beforehand. A blank stare is what I get in return, followed by what feels like an insincere apology. He says that he will contact me to set up a new date, as he’s having problems with his computer at the moment. To this date, I’m still waiting for his call, even though I sent another email reminding them that I’m waiting to have my car fixed. I ended up going to the Honda-dealer in southern Luxemburg, a much more professional and competent garage, although I must say that my car is still plagued with several electronic woes.
