Hello, These guys are a bunch of thieves, we went there to change some break pads on my car, and when we arrived they told me that my brake disks are broken too and that they can not change one without the other. After they told us this i wanted to leave and try a different service company but they threatened to call the police because the car was not oad worthy\. In the end, because we were under time presure we had no choice but to change the parts with them. Change of the break pads and brake disks cost 800 EUR. When they started work they found a rusted hose too, and they proceded to fix that too....and then they said that it will be extra 67 EUR. So a job that was supposed to cost maybe half ...ended up costing 867 EUR with these guys !!!! ABSOLUTE THIEVES !!! AVOID THEM AT ANY COST !!!

Von jetzt auf gleich einen Werkstatt Termin Online gebucht (was woanders unmöglich war), einen schicken Leihwagen zu Top Konditionen bekommen, nettes Personal, Reparatur war über 200 Euro preiswerter wie in meiner Vertragswerkstatt. Sehr zu Empfehlen - gerne wieder! Macht weiter so!

Ich bin rund um zufrieden mit dem Autohaus Gröbel. Tolles Team, super Service und immer eine gute Beratung/Hilfe für alles. Mein Fahrzeug habe ich vor 2 Jahren gekauft und gehe seitdem jederzeit gerne zu Gröbel wenn ein Servicetermin oder ähnliches ansteht oder ich fragen habe.

Unfallauto nicht angegeben/ unseriös Das Autohaus ist nicht zu empfehlen. Mir wurde ein Unfallauto als schadenfrei verkauft. Das ist nur durch Zufall herausgekommen, da ich ein Gutachten erstellen lassen musste. Der Gutachter erwähnte unerwartet einen Vorschaden. Das Autohaus hat sich herausgeredet und nicht kooperiert. Das ist nicht nur mies sondern Betrug. Nie wieder Gröbel!
