Worst customer service ever. Big promises are made initially and then when it comes down to it they're not delivering. Only excuses. They even start accusing their own customers. It's actually sad. Take a look a Amazon's customer service. That's how customer service is done right!

Schnelle und unkomplizierte Hilfe! Nach einem kleinen Malheur in einer Waschstraße (nicht Moser), in der durch den Trockner der vordere Kennzeichenhalter gelöst wurde, brauchte ich einen neuen. Ich furh also zum Autohaus Moser. Trotz der eisigen Kälte von -12 Grad hat der Mitarbeiter das innerhalb von 5 Minuten freundlich erledigt.

Der Service war super. Und ein ganz grosses Danke an den Serviceberater Herr Schnell super nett und auch zu Frauen das sieht man selten. Ich war schon in mehreren Werkstätten aber als Frau bin ich nie ernst genommen worden. Das hat sich heute am 13.1.21 geändert dank Autohaus Moser und Herrn Schnell. Ich habe meine Werkstatt gefunden.
