I just purchased a Ford Eco Sport from the Autohaus of Peoria. I submitted a credit app on Sunday night and Monday morning Malyk contacted me. I came in after work and drove about 2 hours to get there. I am so happy with my purchase and the experience that I was given. I know this isn't the typical vehicle sold here but was still made to feel like a valued customer. Malyk P. was beyond great and I also want to thank him, Jeremy, and the finance manager (sorry I did not catch his name) for staying late to finalize our deal!

I was surprised at the lack of service in the service department. I waited 20 minutes to drop off and then had to call at the end of the day to find out the car would not be done. I had to call again the next day to try to get a status and waited on the phone again could not find the advisor. I expected more, much better service at the Ford dealer.

If you guys are thinking about taking your Audis, VW, Benz, Porsches here I would go somewhere else. As you can see they are going down hill. Autohaus isn't owned by Autohaus anymore they sold the brand Autohaus and what is now \Leader Automotive Group\. Take your car to Kauth and Myer down the street.
