A bit more than a year ago, I bought from Autohaus Worch through a car broker in Slovenia, a used Mercedes-Benz C180 car, which was claimed by Autohaus Worch to be in flawless condition in all aspects. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The car had a number of mechanical issues and extensive undercarriage corrosion. Some defects were noticeable immediately upon purchase, and some were discovered later. I was only warned about corrosion at car repair shops, as I did not have the opportunity to lift the car and thoroughly inspect its undercarriage before buying it. This was followed by more than a year of visiting car repair shops and thousands of euros of money spent on various repairs. I certainly made a mistake in the whole story myself too because I didn’t react right away and immediately asked the seller to repair the car. I just took the seller at his word and hoped that the defects were not so serious and that I would be able to fix them at little cost. Today, more than a year after taking over the car, the whole picture is clear. The car was sold defective and in such a condition that it will incur large repair costs for the owner. It would be the duty of the vehicle seller to thoroughly inspect the car before selling it and to warn the buyer of any anomalies. I feel cheated. The Slovenian broker and I recently contacted the seller Autohaus Worch, explained the situation in detail, submitted photographic material and all repair invoices and proposed at least a partial refund of repair costs, but the seller completely rejected our call.

Eigentlich 10 Sterne für den Service, die Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit dieses Autohauses! Wir waren mit unserem VW auf der Reise in den Harz, als plötzlich auf der Autobahn die gelbe Motorlampe leuchtete. Das Autohaus Worch war am nächsten gelegen. Ein kurzer Anruf und wir konnten sofort in die Werkstatt. Bei der Diagnose wurde festgestellt, dass der Sensor für die Abgasprüfung defekt war. Das Ersatzteil wurde sofort bestellt und 2 Tage später auf unserer Rückreise eingebaut. Das war ein Samstag und wir wollten am Montag in den Jahresurlaub. Vielen Dank an die Meister und die Servicetechniker, ihr macht einen super Job und habt unseren Urlaub gerettet! Lediglich die Dame am Empfang könnte ein wenig an ihrer Freundlichkeit arbeiten.

Trotz der aktuell schwierigen Situation mit Corona war Herr Duwa sehr zuverlässig und konnte eine passende Lösung für den Erwerb unseres Autos finden. Top Service in der Werkstatt. Das Personal findet auch die Fehler, wo andere Werkstätten nur noch mit den Schultern zucken. Termintreue wird hier groß geschrieben und die vereinbarten Kosten eingehalten. Hochwertige Autos als Gehhilfen bei Bedarf bzw längeren Reparaturen verfügbar
