Unfriendly and unhelpful. We went on a very hot Saturday and the person there didn't have any information on the car, servicing prices etc. For someone wanting to buy a car during the economic crisis you would expect them to a least offer water.

Dear All I gave our transport to them to check and let us know what is the problem and what will be the cost for repairing No body told me about the cost for check !!! and they were very kind on that time !!!!! they have called me after 2 weeks and we had talked about the cost and as far as was too high we decided to pick up our own car to deliver to other KFZ it was quiet interesting !!!!!! they said for check we ask you EUR 210 for only check !!!!! Rather than stupid price, I told the lady in reception you never ever told me before at the day of getting about the cost , and now asking for money. Guys, they cheat you, when you go there never say clear price but when you want to take your car then will show you invoice I had never ever such this experiences in Germany although had many deal with VW, Benz, .....FORD KADEA is suck !!!!!!! Never ever go there , even they are very rude and impolite specially secretary lady !!!!
