Great service - delivery was earlier than expected.
Mike and Ashleigh from Shoprite were an absolute pleasure to deal with in the purchase of my new Subaru Forester. Had never used a service like this before but definitely will again if i ever need another car in the future Mike got me a great deal on a top of the range model. Was always kept well informed of the progress and contracts and options available and what information was needed for the process. They helped with trading in my old car as part of the process, got me in touch with their recommended finance people who werealso very easy to deal with. Definitely well worth the time to get in contact with them to make the savings and the car buying process so smooth.
Used the car buying service with Mike and Ashleigh. All the hard work of finding the car I wanted at a good price was done for me. Mike made sure I was completely satisified with the options I was getting. He also made sure there were clauses on the contract that it was subject to a satisfactory test and a satisfactory trade in valuation on my previous car. All contacts and appointments were made by Mike so all I had to do was confirm the details and turn up. He even sourced a place to value my trade-in. Ashleigh was behind the scenes completing paperwork and forwarding it to me promptly so the deal was completed quickly. Communication was excellent and the whole process went smoothly. Emails and messages were answered at various times, quite often out of hours. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend Mike and Ashleigh for their committment to their clients.
