The staff was friendly and helpful. Even stayed open slightly later than normal to provide shuttle to their location to retrieve my vehicle. My only issues where when attempting to schedule service appointment online, the system had stated each time of technical issues that required me to call in to schedule. It then took me several times to call in order to reach anyone to assist with the scheduling process (after first leaving two voicemail messages and then calling and staying on the line between fifteen and twenty minutes to reach someone). After speaking with several representatives, had made note each time to have the driver side door lock repaired as it is only able to be manually operated. That issue was not resolved, after multiple statements to do so, and this being the third time it has been requested to be repaired. In addition, noticed on my bill that there was a charge to obtaining a wheel alignment when I had made an extra purchase a few years ago to get into the program for free wheel alignments from that point on. After noticing the charge and issue with the door lock, attempted to contact the location the next morning, for clarification and to schedule a new appointment, only to be cycled through the automated system for thirty minutes, due to no answer on the line during operational hours. In all, I enjoy the individuals while there, but have extreme reservations about recommending anyone to go for anything more than routine maintenance, nor to be subscribe to any of the programs without better information or understanding what it entails at the moment.

I want to thank the staff at AutoNation Buick especially the sales person Aaron for an outstanding job and great customer service. Aaron absolutely went above and beyond to help me and answer all my questions. My situation changed and though I did not purchase a vehicle which by the way they were fabulous in finding what I was looking for I was still treated with respect. I will definitely send and recommend this dealership and Aaron to my friends and anyone looking. Again AutoNation Buick in Corpus Christi thank you for great customer service and a job well done.

I’ve had terrible service from Autonation GMC, and because of that, I’ll never buy another GMC. In the past week, I’ve called twice and left a message to schedule a service appointment and nobody called me back. So instead of leaving a callback message I called again only to be put on hold for 20 minutes. Would not recommend. Update: The dealership did call back and we’re very accommodating and apologetic. Changing to three stars

Adrian and Mike made our Acadia purchase easier than any previous car buy we’ve done! They were super helpful not only with giving us a great deal, but in doing all the paperwork and explaining All the features of our new car. In fact Adrian helped us several days later by phone with a couple of questions about some new features that we needed help setting up that the manual didn’t explain and he was spot on with the info.
