Where to begin?! The service department is awful. 6 hours into a apt where I stayed with all my kids, they still hadn’t diagnosed my car. I told them the issue. The amplifier. They literally checked everything but it. I asked many times if they had checked my amp yet and they never did. I left after hour 6. Took it to another shop, and low and behold. MY AMP was damaged. It took them 25 minutes to find the issue and another hour to fix it. This service shop is a JOKE. So take my advice and go to a different shop.

Impressed with the open and up-front dealing with AutoNation Laurel for the first time. Quick & friendly!

Do not take your car here unless you want to get ripped off. I brought in my GMC Terrain with very specific concerns to be addressed (brakes and battery). I told the technician exactly what I was experiencing and precisely what to look at. When the technician called with his suggestions for repairs, the price seemed excessively high (\u003e3,000), so I called around to other repair shops to confirm my suspicions about this. I spoke to several other local mechanics who agreed that the pricing was unreasonable (I did end up taking it to another location who fixed my brakes for significantly less). When I went to pick up my vehicle from AutoNation after declining repairs, they charged me over 170 for 2 hours of labor. According to my paperwork, it took 2 hours for them to perform a simple battery test and to inspect my brakes. Not only is this highly unreasonable, but many other locations will perform these services for free when accompanied by an oil change, etc. I do understand that dealerships tend to be more expensive, but I think this was extremely excessive and I will not be bringing my vehicle back to this location for any reason. I do not normally write reviews, but this experience to me was unacceptable and I think everyone should be forewarned to avoid this service center unless you want to spend way too much money. *UPDATE* After being given the number to speak to the GM of this location (this ended up being the main line for the entire location), I was told on each occasion that I called that the GM was not available. Eventually I was given an email address that I could use to contact them. I still have not received any response to the email sent over a week ago. This really goes to show the lack of commitment to customer service and reinforces my negative experience at this location. Responses to reviews on Google are clearly not for the purpose of actually resolving any issues. Keep this in mind as you consider bringing your vehicle to this location.

I had an appointment at 10:30 on a Friday for a oil change and bulb replacement. I didn’t leave until 1:15. I brought my own bulb on my receipt I was charged for parts. WHY? The service representative never told me if the bulb I brought was okay. Secondly, I had to find my vehicle once the service was completed. That’s ridiculous. My panic alarm didn’t work so therefore, I had to find out where the technician parked my truck. This is bad, bad service. Not to mention if I had my own bulb why labor is 90.00 originally was what the representative said. I signed, the receipt and he had 79.99. So as far as I’m concerned he is making up a prices as we talked. I brought up the website and it stated if you spend 125.00 you get 15 off. The coupon was expired December 30, 2020. He was clueless on how I can get another valid coupon from his jobs website. He was not helpful at all. I’m used to getting my vehicle cleaned whenever I took it to the dealership for service. AutoNation needs to do better service for there customers.

I had a scheduled appointment at 10 AM for an oil change and tire rotation. I also had them perform a diagnostic on my infotainment system due to some issues I was having with it. I did not get an update until 12:10 on my vehicle and was then asked if I wanted to move forward with the update on my infotainment system. What made this experience bad was the time it took to get me an update and the fact that all the mechanics went to lunch at the same time. I did not get my vehicle back until 2 PM which I believe is unsatisfactory. Recommend having better communication with your customers and stagger your mechanics to eat lunch.
