I spent 5 1/2 hours waiting for service to be completed on Wednesday February 24. While I appreciated the attentive care provided by Joel Strizich, it was a long time to be there and forced to keep a mask on. At my initial appointment time of 7:30 am for an oil change, Joel saw my bald tires immediately and recommended new tires and alignment, which I appreciated. However since the service was quoted to take 3 hours ( which I had not planned for), I had to return in the afternoon for the service. I did so after rearranging my personal schedule and was told that no shuttle service would be available. I assumed the lack of shuttle service was due to ( unnecessary ) Covid protocols. When the 3 hours turned into nearly 5 1/2, my discomfort and patience were thin. As I stated.... Joel was professional and very courteous. The mechanic was also very conscientious and did a great job. Yet... when I inquired about the return of the shuttle service ( for future service), I was told to my dismay that it was a permanent elimination. This is quite disappointing, and will definitely influence upcoming decisions regarding car repair for me. Providing complimentary shuttle service should be on the top of your priority list for customer service. I recommend you reconsider that decision.

Drove over an hour to look at a vehicle. Lexi the sales rep said she was in the office at 9 am. I told her we’d be there between 9 and 10. I text her when we were on the road to let her know it would be closer to 10. She had almost an hour to tell us the vehicle wasn’t even on the lot but waited until almost 10 and we were getting off the exit. Needless to say we drove there for nothing. Our financing was set up and we were ready to buy if we liked the car. I wouldn’t suggest wasting your time with this dealership. That’s very poor customer service.

I received 5 star service along with a 5 star automobile! Jim Riggle drove me to another Autonation to look at car I didn't even end up buying! Then he helped me get into the perfect vehicle!! Once purchased, Daniel completed the work needed and I was on the road! When I noticed an air-conditioning issue, Austin came in on his day off to complete the repairs and then Jake and Ian delivered it to my house!! The price was more than fair as well, this is the place to shop for your next car.

Ian is THE BEST service representative I have ever had the experience of working with. I lost my job because of the pandemic and just bringing my car in to be looked at caused me anxiety and a great deal of stress. Ian was caring and compassionate - two things that are not common anywhere that does auto repair. Your dealership is lucky to have him on your team. I will definitely be bringing my car back for service because I finally found someone I can trust. I haven't stopped talking about him since I picked up my car. Some of my friends think I have a new boyfriend. THAT is how awesome Ian is.
