Ian was really helpful and respectful. I'll call every other day with different question about a car i bought with them and he was really patience with me. Great customer service.

I wasn’t a fan of the penny-pinching the sales manager decided to do when I pointed out the broken motor on the rear view mirror prior to purchasing the vehicle. Not a costly item for a dealership to fix... for me, it costs over 300 for parts and labor. I won’t be recommending the dealership solely based on the penny-pinching sales manager, Mr. VanDick. What happened to integrity? It’s broke in your store, you fix it. I won’t recommend this dealership.

I test drove one car that had a bad shimmy at 70-75 mph, they had not balanced or aline the tires, which is something I feel they should do before any potential buyer test drives. It took an unusually long time to get an estimate on my trade in. Appraisers use tactics to reduce trade-in value i.e. damage to the rear gate (when there was no damage), suggesting an accident, which was not true. It's quite likely that they had a car on the lot that would have met my needs but no one was attentive enough to find out my needs. I purchased a car elsewhere. Some credit to their manager who followed up with a call find out why I left you out of car.
